2 Registration & Eligibility

The following requirements must be met to open an account and use Bagi's services:

3 Account Security

4 Deposits & Payments

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 (two hundred BDT).
• You may only use payment methods registered in your own name.

5 Withdrawal Policy

• Withdrawals can only be made using the same payment method that was used for the deposit.

6 Betting Rules

The following rules must be strictly followed when betting on bagi. These Terms & Conditions apply equally to cricket, football, kabaddi, and all other betting categories.

Bet Acceptance & Cancellation

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed.
• If an event is cancelled or abandoned, the stake will be refunded.
• If a match is postponed and does not resume within 48 hours, the bet will be considered void.
• If a connection drops during live betting, the outcome of the bet will be determined based on the server's records.

Odds & Payouts

All odds are displayed in decimal format. Payouts are determined by the odds shown at the time the bet is confirmed. Bagi reserves the right to void bets in the event of an odds error or technical issue.

Every user is responsible for complying with Bagi's betting rules and terms. In the event of a violation, winnings may be forfeited.

7 Bonuses & Promotions

Bagi regularly offers attractive bonuses and promotions. Each offer comes with specific terms that must be read before claiming.

Bonus Terms & Conditions

• The welcome bonus is available to new members only and can be claimed once.
• To withdraw bonus funds, you must meet the specified wagering multiplier (typically 5x–20x).

8 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited under Bagi's terms and conditions. Violations will result in serious consequences:

• Betting using bots, scripts, or automated software.
• Bonus abuse — claiming bonuses through multiple accounts or false identities.
• Betting using match-fixing or insider information.
• Use of funds from money laundering or illegal sources.
• Exploiting technical vulnerabilities in the platform.
• Threatening, harassing, or defrauding other members.
• Abusive behavior toward Bagi staff.

9 Account Closure & Bans

Bagi reserves the right to temporarily or permanently close any account at any time and for any reason. Users are generally notified by email before an account is closed, though immediate action may be taken in cases of serious violations.

You may close your account at any time by contacting our support team. Please withdraw any available balance before closing your account. Please note that reopening a closed account may not be possible.

Self-Exclusion

If you'd like to take a break from betting, use the self-exclusion option. It can be set for as little as 30 days or permanently. During this period, you will not be able to place bets on the platform.

10 Responsible Gaming
